Poop

Well I have two weeks until our annual fire dept physical agility test
I just want to get through this one alive (read no myocardial infarction)
the fyreman is out of shape. I usually get through it in 9-10 minuets but
we are allowed 15 min total and this year I might take all of them.

p.s. this test is done in full turnouts and on s.c.b.a. air
