Tonight we are making Quaker oatmeal cookies with a twist
instead of raisins we use crasins (cranberries) and I soak them in rum and brandy and nuke them and stir them up until they plump with the hooch, MMMMMMMMMMMMM

1 cup of crasins with a third of a cup of good spirits..and if you are real brave smell the vapor as you pull them out of the microwave....go ahead I DARE YOU
then just use the recipe on the underside of the Oats lid.....WOW

I had a huge weight lifted from me today....my oldest , I love him don't get me wrong but that boy can give me the gray hair. He has the uncanny ability to pick women like he would pick his nose.
they are just doozers. The last one, he had enuff of and said he was done, and it ended up with her pressing assault charges on him....long story....damn near horror story, the District Attorney was going to press Felony assault charges on him with out even reviewing the case...Nada, no, zip, not at all. He came into court (DA) and Spouted off in front of the Judge and the judge yanked the case from him and gave it to the Assistant DA who went through the records very closely and said there was no way in hell he would even bring the stupidity to trial. Son Cleared

I have been busy this weekend, the farm is a work in
progress and there is more crap thanyou can shake a
stick at. I have been cleaning 38 spl brass and priming it,
I get the craziest looks when asked"what type of sidearm
do you shoot" and I reply single action autos or double
action revolvers. I am only working Monday through
Wednesday this week I am taking the missus to the coast
for her B-day for the weekend. I had to chuckle today

Twas My Birfday

I got some splendid loot a big Ol firefighter book from my niece Evelynne (it said to my favorite PUNCLE, that's a cross between a Papa and an Uncle). A Guppie Multi Tool from my son ( I am a gear Ho ) and a portable greenhouse...I am so ready to start gardening and Swedish fish and Cheese cake yep I did OK

LOL SO how is everyone doing, I have taken a small sabbatical from the blog-O-sphere. I have new reading glasses that are the BOMB(Titanium is GOOD).
